Ami Benton fashion drawing session with Mishi May garments

What can I say? Between London Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week and last week’s DCC session, I feel my love for fashion illustration has come back. I’ve honestly missed it, and I’d have loved to be at one of the fashion weeks to take part. By pure chance I also had a session with the wonderful Ami Benton, and it was a joy to draw for two hours with her incredible poses and the styling of designer Mishi May’s outfits.
I worked in ink on paper, and the poses were all very short, ranging from 1 minute to 10 minutes.

Che dire? Tra London Fashion Week, Fashion Week di Milano e la sessione DCC della settimana scorsa, sento che il mio amore per l’illustrazione di moda è tornato. Mi è mancato sinceramente, e avrei voluto tanto essere a una delle fashion weeks per prendervi parte. Per pura casualità avevo anche una sessione con la grandissima Ami Benton, ed è stato un piacere disegnare per due ore con le sue incredibili pose e lo styling degli abiti della designer Mishi May.
Ho lavorato con inchiostro su carta, le pose erano tutte brevissime, da 1 minuto a 10 minuti.
